Old Navy

I am a mixed race plus size female. I had at least 4 employees follow me around and one asking me on the floor would I like to put my phone number or email in a device to see if I had points. I don’t even have any cards with them nor did I want to. I asked may you check a price instead and kind of received a cold answer then a walk off. I looked up a few times and caught employees staring at me. I have been shopping here at this location for more than 20 years. This is definitely the first time I felt so annoyed and uncomfortable. Though I needed the clothes so i bought them anyways. If I didn’t need these item’s I would have walked out. I’m sitting in my car in the parking lot right now that’s how upset and disappointed I am. Yes I’m not dressed to the appropriate clothing for this region. Black leggings, black crew neck sweater and Jordan shoes (don’t know where anything will fit if stealing with no pockets and a small purse) but no excuses. Worst experience I have evened had in any store within elk Grove. Sad. Do better.

I went to Old Navy to get some activewear and I was amazed with the quality a fabric. I picked up a couple of shirts a pair of skinny jeans that were on clearance for $4 😲 can you believe that, and they fit perfectly. right now they have 75% off so I think all of their winter clothing and some fall clothing are on sale. everything I got I loved the customer service was good the only thing that was not too good was that there was only one cashier and there were multiple people on the floor working and we had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to check out because there was only one cashier and there was about five to six people in line other than that Isle of the store they had a wide variety of clothing for children women and men all very cute.
